The Cashback is credited automatically to eligible player's account every Tuesday at 18:00.
Only Silver, Gold and Platinum players are eligible for the VIP Cashback.
The period taken into account for the calculation of the VIP cashback is 7 days, from Tuesday 02:00 until next Tuesday at 01:59 CET.
The amount collected during the VIP cashback is credited as bonus money and must only be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
The calculation of the Cashback is (Deposits- (withdrawals + bonus)) x Level %
Silver players are eligible to 5% up to €100, Gold players 10% up to €500 and Platinum players 15% up to €1,000 per week.
In the event of a status reassessment, the cashback takes the status into account at the time of the calculation.
Cashback is active for 14 days, during which wagering requirements must be met, otherwise the cashback and all associated winnings will be voided.
Any freezing or closing of an account leads to the suspension of your Cashback bonus credit.
